Your first visit
- Before
- You will receive intake questionnaires to complete online; rating scales you may be asked to fill out are on the Forms page. Please bring or send a list of current medications, prior psychiatric records if available, and, for children, any school or psychological evaluations.
- During
- Initial evaluations last 60 to 90 minutes. For children and adolescents, part of the visit is with parents and part with the young person alone.
- After
- You leave with a written summary of impressions and recommendations. Follow-up visits are typically 25 to 50 minutes.
Fees and insurance
Fee and insurance information, including which plans are accepted at each office and how out-of-network reimbursement works, will be provided when you call. A good-faith estimate of costs is available on request in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
